At Sharaberry Shortcake, every cake is made to feel like it was created just for you. My cakes are primarily decorated with frosting, with the option to add fondant or modelling chocolate details when your design calls for them.
The cake itself can be customized too. Along with my classic recipes, I offer options that can be made vegetarian, reduced sugar, higher in protein, or reduced fat. You can choose from a variety of cake flavours and fillings, or we can create a combination based on the flavours you love.
For the finishing touch, choose between ganache, American buttercream, or Swiss meringue buttercream, with reduced sugar options available for select frostings. If you are looking for something a little different, I am always happy to chat about other possibilities.
Every design is customizable, from the colours and piping to the smallest decorative details. I specialize in whimsical designs, but each cake is created around your own style and vision.
Choose from traditional favorites like yellow cake with dark chocolate filling, funfetti cake with vanilla frosting, chocolate cake with coffee mousse or chocolate ganache, vanilla cake with mango mousse, pistachio cake or pistachio filling, and classic red velvet.
These are just a starting point. Flavours, fillings, frostings, and textures can be mixed and matched to create something that suits you.
